How the service works
The car collection tyre service operates in three steps: we arrange a time, the driver arrives at your address in Prague, collects the keys and takes the vehicle to a partner tyre centre. There, a complete wheel change is carried out: removal of the old wheels, fitting of winter (or summer) tyres, balancing and pressure check. On the return journey, the technician quickly wipes the exterior of the car and returns it clean to the original address.
The entire operation usually takes 4-6 hours and very often takes place during your working day. In the morning you say goodbye to your car with a cup of coffee; in the evening you find it retreaded and clean.
What is included in the price of 1 990 Kč
- Vehicle collection from any address in Prague 1-10 or within 15 km of the city centre (free of charge).
- Tyre change at a partner tyre service centre including dismantling, installation and professional balancing of each wheel.
- Pressure check and the condition of tyres (tread depth, sidewall cracks, age of rubber).
- Vehicle return to your address, clean and ready to drive.
For 19" and larger rims, an additional charge of 200 Kč applies; run-flat and UHP tyres cost an extra 150 Kč per wheel (the reason is technical, fitting is more complex and requires special tools).

Let's calculate a specific example: a typical tyre change at a physical service centre in Prague costs 1 200-1 800 Kč. Add to this 90-180 minutes of your time (the journey there, waiting, and the return trip). At an hourly rate of 800 Kč, this amounts to a further 1 200-2 400 Kč in "lost earnings" - not to mention the loss of concentration and the cost of switching contexts.

What if the vehicle is a company car or on lease?
For company and leased vehicles, we handle tyre changes in the same way as for private cars, but we often arrange them more quickly with the owner (employer or leasing company) and invoice the business directly. If you have a framework agreement with pneuswap.cz for your vehicle service, please contact us in advance so we can tailor the process to your internal rules.
Safety: who handles the vehicle
The driver holding a valid Czech driving licence will take over the vehicle and sign a handover protocol recording the odometer reading, fuel level and any visible damage. The vehicle is insured against damage during transport. We recommend removing any valuables from the car before collection. At our partner service centre, the vehicle remains in an enclosed area inaccessible from the street.
